We'd been coming here for a few years and they always seemed very knowledgeable and quick to identify then fix issues, if a little expensive. Every time we come here now though, they upsell us on too much stuff that has nothing to do with our issue. We literally received a $6k quote for tuneups and they had no idea how what was wrong with our vehicle. It's an insult to loyal customers to try and take advantage when we need help.

The work that they have done is of the best quality and reliability. The techs explained what the diagnostic process will be and kept me updated throughout the day as to what was discovered and what the best solution will be. I did take off one star as they are very pricey. But I guess you get what you pay for.

I have been coming to this shop as a customer for years, but after my experience today, that loyalty apparently means nothing. I brought my Tesla here for a standard North Carolina safety inspection with a scheduled appointment. Because it is an electric vehicle, it is a simple 15-minute visual check with absolutely no emissions or smog testing required. Despite having a locked-in appointment time slot, the entire process took about 50 minutes. The car sat completely untouched in the parking lot for the first 30 minutes while technicians prioritized other vehicles. A basic EV safety inspection shouldn't take nearly an hour when you have an appointment. To make matters worse, when they finally finished and I politely remarked at the counter that the process took a really long time, the front desk advisor rolled his eyes at me. Disappointing to see a shop I’ve supported for years treat a regular customer with this much disrespect and inefficiency. I will be taking my vehicles elsewhere from now on.

I think they are the most sincere, honest repair shoo I have worked with. We will definitely be using them in the future. Sam and BJ were exceptional. So were the mechanics. Highly recommend.

We found Cary Car Care 11 years ago when we moved down to the area and we were looking for a trusted mechanic. They are very thorough, very reasonably priced and are open and honest and willing to work with you when it comes to your cars! The front desk staff are helpful and friendly and the mechanics are willing to sit down and explain what's going on or what repairs need to be completed. We recently had to have them replace our wheels due to a pothole and they worked with us and insurance during the claims process. I will always recommend Cary Car Care to anyone who needs a trusted mechanic!
